STIHL Rapid Hexa saw chain features a brand new high performance full-chisel cutter design that cuts up to 10 percent faster, stays sharper for longer, and is easier and faster to sharpen with a hand file when compared to STIHL Rapid Super (RS) saw chain. This saw chain features an exclusive, patented, STIHL cutter design. This saw chain requires a 6-sided, hexagon-shaped Hexa file or Hexa-shaped grinding wheel for the STIHL USG. Designed specifically to maintain the high-performance Hexa cutter shape. There are two tie straps between every two cutting teeth, allowing for better chip discharge and higher chain speed.
